1. Describe your job in 20-25 words.
Provide generalist support for HR activities on site, in addition to advising and supporting managers and employees on generalist HR issues such as: disciplinary, grievance, staff transfers, employment law, employment contract variations, employee relations and performance management.
2.How long have you been doing your job?
I started my career at Dunbia in 2005. I was working as a Meat Packer for 1 year and during all these years I have progress to become Senior HR Advisor.
3. What’s the best thing about your job?
Every day its different and very challenging. I am learning new things every day. I love working with people and helping them with any issues that may arise.
4. After you qualified, did it take long to find a job?
I have done my qualification while I was doing a job at the company, it's very supportive with training and up skilling people.
5. Did you buy something special with your first pay cheque?
I bought myself a new laptop with my own money and also booked my first holiday ever to Gran Canaria.
