- What does a Communications & Engagement Partner do? Leads on all the internal comms for our colleagues. Ensuring all the information is cascaded down through various tools such as email, tv screens, boards etc. Organising engagement events, such as long service, cultural celebrations, family fun day. Works with the staff committee. Leads on the recognition award scheme.
