  • Describe your job in 20-25 words.

I support in the Alcohol Ready to Drink (ARTD) team, a little bit of everything really, looking after activation, sales, events to name a few.

  • How did you end up in this job?

I knew I didn’t want to go to full time university and wanted to be in the working world so would just sit looking through company’s websites looking for “early careers” I must have applied for about 20 different apprenticeships/internships and haven’t looked back since being offered the role at CCEP.

  • What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing this career?

an apprenticeship is a difficult role to do. You have have to manage your time well, juggle a full time job and university, but if you think you can do it, go for it the rewards from the opportunity are amazing!

  • What’s the best thing about your job?

I love that every day is different, I get to experience so many different areas of corporate life and meet so many different people along the way.

  • Has your salary changed since then – if not do you see salary progression?

at CCEP as an apprentice we have yearly salary increases.

  • If you could give your 16 year old self some career advice, what would it be?

Just keep doing what your doing, it might all seem really daunting but you don’t need to have your whole life planned out take it step by step set little goals and keep having fun along the way.
