Describe your job in 20-25 words.

I am currently based on-site developing a deep understanding of the supply chain process, from raw materials to finished products reaching consumers, and all processes involved in between.

After you qualified, did it take long to find a job?

During my final year at university, I began applying for jobs starting in September. Juggling my studies with job applications was challenging, but within six months I was fortunate to secure a position with CCEP

What’s the best thing about your job?

Having the opportunity to rotate across different areas of the supply chain, gaining exposure to diverse functions, you also benefit from the strong focus on our learning and development. Which is supported by a mentor and buddy program, throughout the scheme.

If you had the chance to do it all over again, what would you do the same / differently?

No, I would do nothing differently. I believe that every experience a person has doesn’t define them, it contributes to shaping who they are today. Those experiences ultimately led me to a role I really enjoy.

Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?

I currently see myself having completed the gradate program and still with CCEP. I am hoping that after the scheme I will be able to transition into a management role within a supply chain function.
