Your Degree Apprenticeship

We’re looking for talented individuals to join our 2026 Higher-Level Apprenticeship (HLA) cohort, working within our Operations job family.

Operations is where everything comes together including planning, production, and delivery. You’ll work across multiple functions, build strong relationships, and help ensure our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition.

Are you the Right Person?

We want your enthusiasm and passion for food to shine through. You’ll also need to be motivated and organised to balance study and work.

Entry Criteria:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English Language at grade C/4 or above
  • Minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels or 120 UCAS points from 2 A Levels or equivalent BTEC National Qualifications
  • At least one A Level in a relevant subject or a relevant Level 3 qualification
  • A commitment to building great relationships and pride in quality & safety
  • A flexible approach to work and working hours
  • Willingness to relocate for placements (relocation support provided)
