What you’ll be doing
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, with roles based in either factory or office settings.
· Standards & Processes: Ensure systems and processes meet rigorous customer and industry standards.
· Governance: Drive governance and uphold high standards across the organisation.
The Technical Graduate Program provides the best opportunity to gain as much experience as possible in food safety processes and systems, risk management skills, audit capability and teamwork, fundamental to being a successful Technical Manager. Your first-year placement will be based at a site, where you will spend time understanding the role of operations in a factory, and be part of the QA team to deliver safe, legal and great quality fresh food to our customers.

What we’re looking for
We seek candidates with exceptional organisational skills who can uphold the highest standards in food safety. An inquisitive mindset and a drive to challenge norms are essential for success. At Greencore, innovation is crucial for staying ahead, so staying informed about current affairs and food trends is important.
· Degree: Achieved or expected to achieve at least a 2:2 honours degree in Food Science, a science-based subject, or a food-related discipline
· Experience: At least three months of relevant work experience.
· Work Eligibility: Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2027.
· Motivation: A clear commitment to advancing your career in the food industry.
· Flexibility: Willingness to complete three 12-month placements at different locations across the UK (we will consider your preferences).
· Cultural Fit: Alignment with Greencore’s values and a strong fit for our organization.
· A full UK driver’s licence and own transport is preferred, as our locations and suppliers are not always readily accessible by public transport
