- A Work-Based Learning Practitioner in the food manufacturing industry is responsible for assessing practical work practices and knowldge within the work enviroment. They work with awarding bodies to ensure that learners meet the required standards of the work based qualification they are undertaking, they establish and maintain partnerships with food manufacturing companies, and coordinate learning sessions for Learners or aprentices. Monitoring their progress, providing feedback, and ensuring they have the resources and support needed for their learnign journey towards a career in the food industry.
