Supporting departments in delivering planned tasks. Responsible for producing strategies, defining content and cost of labour, evaluating shift performance, ensuring compliance with GMP/Health & Safety.
How did you end up in this job?
I first started off as an administration apprentice within the company and with the support of my manager I had further training into the planning aspects of the department. So, by being exposed to further duties, I was able to apply for my current role after my apprenticeship and progress my career.
What’s the best thing about your job?
I work in a great department with a great team who all are always willing to help and provide guidance on anything that I am unsure of. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and gain more knowledge in my role.

I’ve been in my current role less than a year, prior to this I completed a 2-year Apprenticeship in Level 3 Business Administration with the company.
