What does Supply Chain & Customer Service Graduate do?
- Be a part of, and gain an understanding to every department involved in the production of Coca-Cola drinks. This includes Quality Control, Distribution, Engineering and Operations to name a few. I currently work under Operations, so I oversee production lines to ensure that they run smoothly, whilst identifying causes of any issues that will impede production and finding countermeasures from such issues occurring too frequently.

After you qualified, did it take long to find a job?
- I already had a summer job from when I graduated in July and received my qualification. I made it a full-time job but it was never going to give me a fulfilling career. From there, it was four months of aggressive job hunting on sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, until I came across GetMyFirstJob and found this one.

How did you end up in this job?
- Signed up for GetMyFirstJob and this job was the first that I saw advertised. It was a long interview process, an online interview in November, in person assessment in March and one further panel interview in May. Two weeks later, it was June and I received a phone call confirming I had the position.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing this career?
- Be ready to adapt and be versatile in more ways than one. It’s rare for any two days to be the same, you’ll be learning a lot on the fly and it is daunting at first, but you aren’t expected to learn it all
