I have been a stock coordinator for 3 months but I had previously worked for saputo as a line operator for 3 years
- How did you end up in this job?
I started working in Saputo as an agency worker helping with production during the COVID pandemic, I thought I would stay until the lock down lifted and then move on but I really enjoyed the job and the people I work with so when a permanant role was advertised, I applied and was successful. Once I gained a permanent contract I used my performance reviews to let my managers know I want to progress in the company and this paid off when I was offered a stock coordinator position.

My job is fulfilling, demanding, interesting, different every day, great working hours and a step on the ladder to a great career
- What does a Stock coordinator do?
A stock co ordinator, counts all stock items on site, deals with any system issues for finished goods and finds missing items, i am also involved in product trials and improving warehouse and storage processes
- Where do you see yourself in five years time?
I see myself with a higher level job in the planning department with ambitions to grow in to a management role in my department
