- After you qualified, did it take long to find a job? I am currently working through my CIPD Level 3 during my role at Samworth brothers.
- How did you end up in this job? Through a friend,
- What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing this career? To begin as an admin to learn all the process if your goal is to end up in the people team as an advisor.
- What’s the best thing about your job? The people I work with.
- If you had the chance to do it all over again, what would you do the same / differently? I wouldn’t change anything, my career path has been great.

- How long have you been doing your job? 10 months, but with the group overall 3.5 years
- Has your salary changed since then – if not do you see salary progression? Yes, I have had several pay increases since starting at Samworth brothers.
- Where do you see yourself in five years time? As an advisor at a bigger site.
- If you could give your 16 year old self some career advice, what would it be? Not to stress if you do not know what career you want to have, you learn as you go along.
- Did you buy something special with your first pay cheque? I cant remember.
