Provide load plans to warehouse, despatch loads to produce POD’s, create run sheets for drivers, build runs for drivers, liaise with planning and warehouse, answer phone calls to drivers and bakeries, run despatch remotely for Ashton Green, take notes for investigations and disciplinaries,.

• How did you end up in this job?

Was a dental nurse/radiographer for 10 years, wasn’t giving me job satisfaction anymore, my father is a lorry driver for the company and he got me an interview with the transport manager.

• If you had the chance to do it all over again, what would you do the same / differently?

I would of started within the business as a an apprentice here rather than dental nursing.
