- How did you end up in this job? – I decided it was time for a change in my life, something that would go hand-in-hand with what I’ve studied in university while also being in the food industry which is was always a passion for me. I’ve always asked myself “how does the food get on the shelves and how is it made”.
- What’s the best thing about your job? There are multiple things that I could say I like the best but if I were to choose, I would say that the role I must interact with a good part of the teams from two different factories and from all the careers, understanding what they are doing and how the processes we’re using can be improved.
- If you had the chance to do it all over again, what would you do the same / differently? I would most certainly do the same from a career perspective, but I would try to improve my skills even more than I did.
- What was your starting salary? 21000/year
- How long have you been doing your job? I have been working for 2 years and 3 months.
- If you could give your 16-year-old self some career advice, what would it be? Don’t listen to nay-sayers, follow your dreams.
