How did you end up in this job?

I ended up doing this apprenticeship because I had changed my mind on a career path and found a great opportunity to work with a massive company in an interesting industry.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing this career?

To give it a try! The whole area of manufacturing is so interesting and if you have an interest I’d recommend looking into an apprenticeship!

What’s the best thing about your job?

Seeing how the production line works in all the different sections of the brewery and learning about the many different machines and what they do.

How long have you been doing your job?

I’m on my second week but have been getting involved in meetings and tours and learning so much about the production.

What was your starting salary?

The starting salary starts at around £20,000 and increases every year, the apprenticeship is 4 years long.
