How did you end up in this job?

I found it on the government website and decided to apply as i have always loved food and even studied it at A Level

What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing this career?

Do it, it is the most interesting part of my day and no two days look the same, it is like a big extended family

If you had the chance to do it all over again, what would you do the same / differently?

I would do exactly what I did as I am a strong believer that everything happens for a reason

Where do you see yourself in five years time?

I see myself being happy and successful, still in the food industry

If you could give your 16 year old self some career advice, what would it be?

Don't be afraid to not do what all your friends are doing, it is ok to be different
