What’s the best thing about your job?

I would say the best thing about my job is getting to move around and see each area of the factory to see how everything comes together.

What was your starting salary?

My starting salary was £19,000

How long have you been doing your job?

I have been doing my job for roughly 6 months.

Has your salary changed since then – if not do you see salary progression?

My salary is to increase to £22,000 in year 2 of my apprenticeship.

If you could give your 16 year old self some career advice, what would it be?

Try things outside of your comfort zone.
