I came across the advertisement online. The interview process was made up of two stages, one in person and one remote.

• What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing this career?

I would recommend someone undertake CIPD qualifications prior to working to get a good background in HR knowledge.

• What’s the best thing about your job?

There is great variety in the job. No two days are ever the same. Also get to work with a wide variety of departments.
