How did you end up in this job?

I decided to join ABP on Production Floor when I was 17 to earn money whilst still being in college I was part time Thursday to Saturday for a year and 2 months. When I was in college I saw the job advert that ABP is looking for a HR Administrator I decided to apply for the role and I had a call from HR the same day asking if I’m sure I wanted to apply for the role because its full time. I decided to go for it and try something new and I’m loving it!

If you could give your 16-year-old self some career advice, what would it be?

If I could give my younger self some advice it would be to choose a different course in college one that would help me with the career I have now. I wish I had a proper think about what I wanted to do and not just because I liked doing hair.

What’s the best thing about your job?

The best thing about my job is that not everyday is the same every day is different.  You meet lots of interesting people.

Describe your job.

I love my job I’ve only been here for a couple of months, and I feel like I’ve been here for years I have been taught so many things by such an amazing team and I can’t wait to keep learning. I used to wake up in the morning for my other jobs and dread going to work now I finally wake up for work and I’m exciting for what the day will bring me.

How long have you been doing your job?

I have been doing my job for two months, but I have worked for ABP for a year and 4 months.
