• Developing an understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process from procurement, production and material supply planning, manufacturing, and distribution.

After you qualified, did it take long to find a job?

• After I had graduated, I then started to apply for graduate schemes across a variety of different industries and sectors and I then received my first graduate scheme job offer 6 months later.

What’s the best thing about your job?

• Being able to meet lots of different people and working together with them to achieve the goals and aims set for us, whilst also being part of a supply chain that is not only global in reach and impact but also technologically complex.

Has your salary changed since then – if not do you see salary progression?

• My salary is currently within the starting salary range, however there is a salary progression throughout the graduate scheme, with each successive year providing strong pay increases that are also linked to performance.

 Where do you see yourself in five years time?

• I currently see myself completing the four-year graduate scheme and hopefully transitioning into a management role either within operations or within a technical/project management role.
