What’s the best thing about your job?
The mentorship I’ve received since working here. I feel truly lucky to have people who have taken me under their wing and shared their knowledge and expertise. Not only that, but how to navigate the workplace as a young person which has been instrumental in growing my confidence.
How long have you been doing your job?
I have been working with Saputo Dairy UK for 3 years but have been in finance for 5 years in total.
Has your salary changed since then – if not do you see salary progression?
Yes. My salary has increased due to promotion, passing stages of AAT and taking on additional group finance responsibilities.
