I work on-site and learn about the process of creating the products we all know and love, within different departments such as labs, engineering, manufacturing, planning, distribution and quality.

• What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing this career?

Don’t weigh yourself down if your qualifications don’t perfectly align, focus on what you will bring to the job and gain from it. There are many roles within CCEP, and as you progress, you’ll figure out which suits you best!

• What’s the best thing about your job?

To name a few, I’d say the supportive people, amazing prospects, possibilities of moving to better suited departments, possible relocations between the many UK sites and of course, the variety of drinks!

• How long have you been doing your job?

I have been working as a CSSC (customer service and supply chain) graduate for 4 months.

• Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?

I see myself working in a department I feel most proficient in, due to my knowledge and experience, and progressing into more managerial roles within that department.
