I’m a graduate rotating across supply chain and customer service teams, supporting operations, improving processes, and gaining experience in site and central functions.

After you qualified, did it take long to find a job?

I started applying to jobs during the final year of my degree. It was tough to balance this alongside my studies, but the perseverance paid off.

How did you end up in this job?

During my chemistry degree, I realised I didn’t want to pursue a career in chemical research. Instead, I wanted a role where I could apply my transferable skills—like data analysis, critical thinking, and communication—in a practical, hands-on environment. Supply chain offers exactly that, combining teamwork and problem-solving with real-world impact across operations.

Where do you see yourself in five years time?

In five years, I see myself in a leadership role within supply chain or customer service, leading a team and driving improvements. I want to build on my experience across different functions to become a well-rounded leader who understands both operational and strategic challenges.
