If you could give your 16 year old self some career advice, what would it be?
I would tell myself to remain resilient especially against any rejection encountered during your time in education and when embarking on your career post University. Additionally, I would argue that being proactive is equally important, in seeking out opportunities to vary and enhance your skill-set making you an overall more appealing applicant in the future.
