- If someone were seeking advice for this role, I would say that while learning the role, you’ll constantly face new challenges. But that’s perfectly normal - each challenge is a step forward, and you’re still making progress. You can’t master everything overnight, and unexpected obstacles may arise during customer interactions. It is important to stay adaptable and to be patient with yourself as you won’t always have all the answers right away.
- Surprisingly, I discovered this job through a TikTok ad. I stumbled upon this scheme whilst I was trying to learn more about the different types of assessment centres as I had been actively applying for a range of graduate schemes. It really is quite amazing what you can find on social media platforms.
- I joined this graduate scheme in September 2024, but I didn’t start my first rotation until October. There was a lot of training, and I shadowed different colleagues before taking on visits in my own area.
- When I received my first paycheck, I was over the moon. I was quite sensible with it as most of it went into my savings. Since my next rotation will be in Uxbridge, and I’m relocating from Middlesbrough, I figured it would be wise to start saving now for the move.
