You do not need to know exactly what you want to do in order to pursue this career there are degree apprenticeships that allow you to move around the business, therefore, giving you the opportunity to identify what function/role you would like to progress your career in.

The flexibility demonstrates the trust that employees at Nestle are given, additionally, flexibility can decrease the chance of burnout at work as this factor allows you to manage your working day in a way that is suitable for your working style.

• How long have you been doing your job?

I have been doing this role for over a year, and I have now completed 2 rotations with 2 more rotations to complete.

• Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?

In 5 years, I see myself with my degree and also in a stable role that is linked with digital marketing, e-commerce sales or CRM.

• If you could give your 16-year-old self some career advice, what would it be?

I would advise myself to have more confidence in myself and to also stay ambitious with my career aspirations.
