What's the Job?

Working alongside our Technical Improvement Manager, Capability Manager and CI Manager the administrator will provide the department with administrative support on a day to day basis. Key tasks will include data recording and analysis, processing invoices and liaison with suppliers. The role will support the team in engagement and communication initiatives, developing and issuing communications and organising key events. Management of meeting agendas and attending meeting to capture notes/actions. General administrative support including producing reports and PowerPoint presentations. 

 

Placements will gain experience of working a part of wider team, with variety of different stakeholders, working collaboratively but also with some autonomy and using own initiative. Exposure to companywide communications, engagement, wellbeing and HR initiatives within a FMCG.
