MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds the planning and organizes the work for direct reports, in the best work conditions. This includes recruitment, on-boarding, employee development and workforce planning.
  • Leads the team to high performance in line with our HPO standards and cultural framework through effective coaching and facilitation, sets clear expectations & goals, priorizes team activities, remove team barriers, provide regular performance and talent feedback to employees and  rewards and recognizes performance achievements
  • Monitor and analyse the technical performance of its sector through performance indicators.
  • Utilizes problem solving tools and TPM methodologies to continually improve equipment and processes.  Leads root cause analysis when required.
  • Responsible for technical skills improvement of the Operators.
  • Develops and monitors the technical performance standards of all its equipment.
  • Participates in the Improvement Plan for its sector, by leading and managing the technical projects
  • Optimizes equipment in order to reduce maintenance and operating costs (spare parts, nature and frequency of preventive maintenance, equipment modifications, etc.)

What do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Relevant experience in Maintenance area on similar positions
  • 2+ years Team Leadership experience
  • Certification within the production and/or inventory field preferred. 
  • Participation in Supply Chain Academy - Leadership Experience preferred
  • Experience with Providing mid-level sponsorship (coaching, training, etc.) to the team.
  • Experience with Establishing team discipline for the established processes and structures that have been created to support organizational goals.
  • Ability to Adopts a short- and long-term perspective in setting clear objectives to deliver results aligned to strategy
  • Flexibility may be required outside of usual working hours to support critical or urgent cases
