18 month Apprenticeship; leading to a Level 3 qualification as a Drinks Dispense Technician and intended to lead to permanent Tech Rep role on completion

Completing the requirements of the College course.
Ensuring you work safely, with a zero-accident mind-set.
Delivering excellent customer service, taking pride in your work and in representing one of the world’s biggest brands by working to the highest quality standards.
Following agreed ways of working; achieving efficiency targets for travel and on-site work, First Time Fix and Repeats targets.
After an initial introduction at our Milton Keynes facility, your time would be split between learning in the field (85%) and learning at Wolverhampton College (15%). Time at college is arranged in two weekly blocks, with one or two weeks of each block requiring attendance at Wolverhampton, for which CCEP will fund your accommodation costs.
After 4 – 8 months of accompanying experienced Tech Reps you would start to attend basic planned maintenance and breakdown calls on your own and as your knowledge grows you would take on more complex cases.
