Our 3-year graduate programme offers you the unique opportunity to gain in-depth, rotational experience across our Customer Service & Supply Chain function. From working on production lines in our manufacturing sites to collaborating with central teams, you'll get a 360° view of how we operate. You’ll be working on real-world projects, tackling challenges, and driving results that make an impact.
Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported by an experienced mentor who will guide you through your journey. They will offer advice, share valuable insights, and ensure you make the most of every opportunity to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in rotations across different areas of our CSSC function, each lasting 9-12 months.
- Work on-site at our production facilities to understand the operations from the ground up – these are located right across GB.
- Collaborate with central teams to learn about the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Gain exposure to key projects such as planning, production, and market execution.
- Build a strong network and develop leadership capabilities that set you up for future success.

What do you need?
- A degree in a STEM or business-related field (desirable but not essential).
- A passion for learning and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with central teams to learn about the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Excellent communication skills – able to present information clearly and confidently to key stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility – you’ll need to be mobile and ready to relocate across Great Britain during your placements (relocation support provided).
- High personal integrity and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a networked team.
- Eligible to work and have lived in the UK for 3 years minimum
