The Customer Development Graduate scheme gives you the opportunity to work with global brands that consumers love and interact with every day, such as KIT KAT, NESCAFÉ, MAGGI and FELIX.
You’ll assume real responsibility for building key relationships and making important strategic decisions that directly impact the business - all while experiencing the thrill of working for the world’s largest FMCG company.
What can you expect?
Your first year will all be about understanding how both the business, and sales function operate.
You will experience six months as a field sales Territory Manager, taking responsibility for your own portfolio of stores and building relationships at a local level, to truly understand your customer’s needs and drive sales.
You’ll also experience six months as a Customer Business Executive, working with Business Managers to plan business cycles and design growth-focused promotions.
Your second year is your chance to explore.
You could become a Customer Business Manager with responsibility for a multi-million pound account; have a focus on long-term strategy as part of our Development team; or even gain experience in our fast developing e-commerce team, working on new and exciting projects.
Throughout the Nestle Graduate programme you’ll have exceptional training and development opportunities, both sales specific and for your personal development.
You’ll also be supported by a dedicated graduate champion and gain exposure to our Nestlé Leadership Team.
