HOW DID YOU END UP IN THIS JOB?

I completed my HR degree and went into the recruitment side of HR. After two years working for agency in England, I then moved back to Ireland and fell into Dunbia as an in-house recruiter for a large company. The exposure in Dunbia has really aided my professional development.

I love the feeling when you are offering someone a promotion, when they have worked really hard to progress and grow their career. I also enjoy how no two days are the same. Additionally, I love the working relationships that you build in the role. This creates a great atmosphere in the workplace and makes Dunbia a really great place to work.
