The combination of involvement in improving processes in the factory and collaboration with different departments to deliver these improvements.

I would continue to be eager to learn about the industry and strive to document my learning and project work in a more organized manner.

In five years, I envision myself in a leadership role, specifically in management, with enhanced industry knowledge and extensive experience.

I would recommend actively seeking opportunities to understand different industries to gain broader skill development while building strong relationships with mentors.
