Work hard and keep trying, the industry isn't the easiest to get into, but to work as hard as you can to achieve a career in the industry

Having the freedom and support to decide myself where I want to improve/specialise, and what the best path is to get there.

• Where do you see yourself in five years time?

In a full time, engineering role within this company, working towards the next set of qualifications i.e. degree level
