Give a description of a day in the life of a Campaign and Inbound Representative Apprentice.
As a campaign and inbound rep, I am the first person to talk to the customer and address their needs as a consumer through phone calls and emails.
I am responsible for ensuring the customer’s experience is as fluent and efficient as possible and to advise them on any new upcoming Coca-Cola Europeans Partners (CCEP) products that will suit their outlet.
How did you end up in this job?
A team from CCEP came to my sixth form to talk us about a potential apprenticeship after A-levels. They showed us a day in the life of a sales representative and what it involves. They then took our contact details if we were interested.
I was then contacted several weeks later and invited to an interview at the customer hub in Peterborough.
What’s the best thing about your job?
The best aspect of my job is being able to work in a team where I can depend on my co-workers as well as work independently; I feel comfortable asking my peers for help when needed and know that they would be comfortable to ask me for the same.
Has your salary changed since you started working at CCEP?
In the first sixth months, having exceeded our targets, each of the apprentices received a £1,000 pay rise.
Did you buy something special with your first pay cheque?
Yes, I bought myself a Pandora ring to visually represent my first professional achievement.
