As a Nestlé Marketing Graduate, you will play a key role in growing these brands and ensuring they remain relevant for today’s consumers. Along the way you’ll have many different opportunities to learn and develop the skills to start building your career.
What can you expect?
Our Graduate Scheme enables you to develop a deep understanding of Nestlé, while at the same time getting to know your consumers inside out.
You could be part of our confectionery team working on some of the world’s biggest brands such as KIT KAT, AERO or QUALITY STREET, a key contributor on one of our huge food brands such as CARNATION or MAGGI, or part of our beverage team with well-loved brands such as NESCAFÉ or NESQUIK.
You'll start the two year Marketing programme as an Assistant Brand Manager with real responsibilities from day one, whether that is analysing product and market performance or leading packaging renovation projects.
You'll work as part of a cross-functional team based in either York or Gatwick.
Throughout the programme you’ll have strong senior connections, including support from a dedicated graduate champion and opportunities to interact with our Nestlé Leadership Team.
