We are currently looking to expand our team of Advanced Team Members. If you have a mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, physical environment, this could be the role for you!
What's the job?
The Advanced Team Member will support the Team Manager in delivery of line performance. They are able to prioritise work, have a keen interest in continuous improvement and have experience developing themselves and others.
The role is permanent and shifts are based on a 12 hours’ continental pattern which will involve rotating days and nights Mon - Sun (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am).
Responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting data from the production line
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Working alongside the Team Manager in delivery of line performance
- Supporting team training and development
- Working as part of a production team to produce high quality products
What do you need?
If you have a positive and agile approach to work, are purpose-led, resilient and collaborative, we want to meet you!
We are looking for candidates with English and Maths (GCSE B or Equivalent) and good communication skills. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. An NVQ Level 2 in Engineering Maintenance (installation and fault finding) is desirable, however full training will be provided to the right candidate.
